One to One Coaching – Make a Difference!
A focused, individualized approach to help you discover, clarify and live out your God-given passion to make a difference. The first phase of the process takes you through a series of one on one coaching sessions to help you clarify your passions, values, interests, talents and margin. In the second phase we help you develop a Next Steps plan to explore a context that fits your personal profile.

Exposure Trips – Around the Corner or Around the World
Sometimes the best way to discover what really matters to you is to simply put your heart in harms way. And then, as Judith Campbell writes, "When your heart speaks, take good notes." Exposure trips are for those who are still exploring and looking for the right place to serve and/or give.
Significant Matters works with a wide range of non-profits across the Kansas City area and around the world. Our primary focus is on faith-based organizations and collaborations that would be characterized as holistic, sustainable efforts. Seeing first-hand the struggles as well as the joy and courage of people living and serving in some of the most difficult places around the city and world has a way of awakening in you avenues of service you never thought of before.
